Founded in 2014, Keyveo is a specialist in immersive technologies for businesses in all sectors. It provides virtual, augmented and mixed reality solutions for decision-making, technical operations, training, sales, communication, QHSE and HR. Keyveo will be exhibiting at Laval Virtual on April 10-12, 2024, on booth A18. Interview with Eric Joyen-Conseil, Chairman.

Can you introduce your company?

At Keyveo, we’ve been experts in immersive technologies for 10 years: virtual, augmented and mixed reality, Web3D/4D, 3D configurators, 360° virtual tours with our KVT® platform, and serious gaming. We have created and developed over 120 applications for more than 70 customers (major accounts, VSEs, SMEs, private/public ETIs) in all sectors of activity: industry, the public sector, training centres and the service sector. Our immersive solutions are ideal for training, attractiveness and business gestures, maintenance, decision-making, presentation of companies, products, teams, know-how and skills, marketing, communication and sales.

What will your company show at Laval Virtual 2024?

At Laval Virtual, we’ll be presenting our new IARA solution combining mixed reality, hand tracking and artificial intelligence for training purposes. This is the evolution of a multi-user virtual reality application in the field, developed with France Chimie and the Union of Metallurgy Industries and Trades . Also on our booth there will be conversational agents, the digital twins of the Keyveo teams, presenting the company and its services and deployed on a mobile web application. In addition to these new products, we will be offering visitors a range of more than 50 XR & web3D applications, our new KVT2® version, Keyveo Virtual Tour, our virtual tour platform, and HUBSIMERROR®, our error chamber platform.

What is your company’s current project?

IARA is our new solution combining mixed reality with artificial intelligence. The integration of artificial intelligence into our mixed reality applications guides learners through their training, synthesising information from complex sets of documents.

What innovation do you think has most transformed the world of VR/AR?

The Quest3 headset integrating the XR seemed interesting to us at the end of 2023. It combines virtual reality and augmented reality in a single headset, with joystick and hand control.
