We’ll also be showcasing innovations in tracking, rendering and new features, as well as a few surprises that should delight the enthusiasts who come to Laval every year!

What is your company’s current project?

XR Center is what we’re really working on at the moment. This solution will really bring major advances in the possibilities for collaboration on complex, secure and voluminous industry data. This solution is designed to be open so that our customers can add their own Extended Reality applications.

What innovation do you think has most transformed the world of VR/AR?

Standardisation is essential to the development of any innovation. In the world of VR/AR, we have reached a stage where this is crucial if we are to extend the adoption of these technologies and move towards what has been known for some years as Metaverse. “In my opinion, Open XR is the innovation that has most advanced the VR/AR world along the long road to standardisation. In the case of my team, it’s by enabling developers to accelerate their work capacity that ‘Open XR’ has helped us make much faster progress.

The baseline of our 26th edition is “Act For The Future”. In your opinion, how can immersive technologies impact the world of tomorrow?

Our vision as a software company is to help build the world of tomorrow. To achieve this, we’ve set ourselves the mission of offering a universal platform to help industry design complex products using immersive data. In this respect, we are completely in line with the baseline of this 26th edition of the Laval Virtual exhibition, the essence of which is part of our raison d’être.
