On Wednesday 9 September 2020, from 4-5PM, around 500 attendees assisted to the reimagined ceremony of the KTP Best of the Best Awards, including nearly 300 avatars who gathered in the Laval Virtual World.
The Ceremony, delivered by KTN and produced by our partner Immerse UK celebrated the most outstanding positive impacts across the UK that resulted from the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.
The KTP are transformative collaborations between innovation-focused organisations and academic teams. Their mutual projects run throughout the UK and across almost every sector of the economy. They involve innovation of rich variety that bring about myriad positive impacts, positioning the KTP as a unique mechanism for enabling positive change.
Successfully hosted by Senior KTA, Fiona Nightingale and with insights from Dr Alicia Greated, KTN’s CEO & Dr Ian Campbell, Interim Executive Chair at Innovate UK, the event rewarded the winners amongst the following categories:
