Oriented to business and industry, Visionaries 777 intends to make life easier for companies thanks to augmented reality. The company offers several solutions and immersive applications for data visualization. Visionaries 777 has worked on design, manufacturing, marketing and maintenance projects. Visionaries 777 will be exhibiting at Laval Virtual from April 12 to 14, 2023 at booth B24. Interview with Hugo Richir, Business Development Manager.
Can you introduce your company?
Visionaries 777 is an international company, founded in Hong Kong by designers – and not developers. The company quickly became a pioneer in augmented reality thanks to its particular attention to user experience. With its high quality augmented reality applications, the company has done a series of partnerships with technology suppliers (PTC, Snap Inc., Meta, etc) and global companies (Lego, BMW, Cartier… etc).
What will your company show at Laval Virtual 2023?
We will present our solution called Inspekly. It’s an augmented reality platform which can digitalize operational procedures that are constantly evolving!
Laval Virtual is celebrating its 25th edition this year. Do you have any memories to share since the first edition in 1999?
One of my significant memories was the presence of the Bogdanoff brothers at the event in the early 2000s.
The world of immersive tech was shaken up by the rise of the Metaverse and virtual worlds. What is your opinion on these?
At Visionaries 777, we are paying very close attention to the launch of mixed reality glasses. We think that the drop of peripherals’ prices will make mixed reality accessible to more people and thus create new opportunities.
How do you see the VR world in 10 years?
We believe that there will be an explosion of demand in the BtoB sector, especially in industry. This will precede a price drop of devices. The next few years will be decisive.
